International Pilates Center

International Pilates Center was established in April 2016, in the beautiful and historic Charleston, South Carolina. IPC offers individual, and group sessions & workshops. Managing Director, Jamie Trout, with almost 30 years instruction experience worldwide, strives to inspire and empower people to move with efficiency & freedom, thus incorporating Pilates into their daily lives. She was recognized by Romana Kryzanowska as a Teacher Trainer for the Romana's Pilates International * Instructor Training program in 2005, & continues the responsibility as a Level 2 to train trainess and teachers around the world. She is joined by fellow RPI teachers with extensive training and experience: Maryellen Gibson, Sallie Hutchinson, Amy Garcia, Asnat Neeman Cinader and current trainees of the RPI Instructor Training Program.
