International Pilates Center

International Pilates Center is one open room on East Bay Street — fully equipped with Gratz apparatus, the first of its kind in Charleston. I opened it in 2016 after nearly thirty years of teaching, because I wanted to plant roots in a city close to family. There’s usually a springer spaniel asleep beside one of the reformers.
