Your first visit to IPC
New to the studio? International Pilates Center offers private instruction, duet and trio lessons, and open classes. Compare the formats, ask any questions, and use Vagaro to check the current schedule and booking details.

Train with others
Duet and trio lessons are for two or three people with similar physical experience, adapted to the skill level of the group. Open classes focus on basic Pilates principles and are offered for beginners through advanced practitioners.

Can beginners take Pilates at IPC?
IPC offers instruction adapted to individual skill levels, and open classes are described as suitable for beginners through advanced practitioners. Ask which available session is appropriate for your starting point.
Do I have to book a private lesson first?
Call the studio to discuss a suitable starting point and confirm any requirements for the specific class you want to join.
Where can I find current prices and hours?
Use IPC’s Vagaro profile for current booking information or call the studio. Class fees and lesson pricing vary. Student and teacher pricing is also available.
What if I have questions about parking or accessibility?
Call the studio before your visit to confirm the current parking arrangements, entrance and access details for Suite I. An address or map pin alone does not describe every part of the arrival route.
Is there a dog at the studio?
The studio’s story describes a springer spaniel often asleep beside one of the reformers. If this raises an allergy or other concern, please discuss it with the studio before booking.
