One person. A program shaped around you.

A private lesson gives you individual instruction rather than a shared class format. IPC’s approach is rooted in the original Pilates method, with the program adapted to your experience and skill level.

The studio’s teachers completed the Romana’s Pilates International® Instructor Training Program. Their backgrounds and teaching approaches are described in our instructor profiles, so you can learn about the people behind the practice before booking.

Private, shared or open class?

The right format depends on the experience you want and the people you want to train with. Here is how IPC’s existing options differ.

Private instruction

One client works one-on-one with an instructor. The program is personally tailored to the client’s needs and individual skill level.

Duet & trio lessons

Two or three people with similar physical experience train together. Lessons are tailored to the skill level of the group. Call the studio to discuss the people in your group and the appropriate booking.

Open classes

Classes focus on basic Pilates principles and welcome beginners through advanced practitioners. Check the current schedule on Vagaro, or ask the studio which class fits your experience.

How to choose your next step

  1. Explore the formats. Decide whether individual instruction or a shared session is the better fit for what you are looking for.
  2. Ask if you are unsure. Call (843) 852-2722 to discuss your experience and the available options.
  3. Check current booking details. Use IPC’s Vagaro profile for the current schedule and booking information.

Questions before booking

Do I need experience to contact the studio?

No prior experience is needed to ask about getting started. IPC offers instruction adapted to individual skill levels, and its open classes are described as suitable for beginners through advanced practitioners. If you are new, ask the studio which format to book rather than assuming a particular class is the right starting point.

How much does a lesson cost?

Class fees and lesson pricing vary. Student and teacher pricing is also available. Check Vagaro or call the studio for the current rate and the details of the session you want.

How long is a session, and do I need a partner?

Confirm the duration of the specific booking with the studio. For a duet or trio, ask about arranging your group before booking; this page does not assume that partner matching is available.
