A private lesson gives you individual instruction rather than a shared lesson format. IPC’s approach is rooted in the original Pilates method, with the program adapted to your experience and skill level.

Duet & trio lessons
Two or three people with similar physical experience train together. Lessons are tailored to the skill level of the group. Call the studio to discuss the people in your group and the appropriate booking.

Questions before booking
Can I ask about reformer instruction?
Yes. The studio has reformers and other Gratz apparatus. Contact us about the lesson that fits your experience and interest in the reformer. Our classical Pilates guide explains how apparatus fits into the wider practice.
Do I need experience to contact the studio?
No prior experience is needed to start private instruction. IPC adapts private lessons to individual skill levels, and tailored duets and trios are available for people of similar physical experience. If you are new, contact the studio for help choosing a suitable format.
