An intimate studio, grounded in the original method

Direct teaching lineage and experienced instruction

IPC specializes in classical Pilates and is Charleston’s only certified Romana’s Pilates International® teacher-training center. Founder Jamie Trout is a Level 2 Teacher Trainer with Romana’s Pilates International®. She trained personally with Romana Kryzanowska, who studied directly with Joseph Pilates. That direct teaching lineage shapes our approach: every IPC instructor has completed Romana’s comprehensive training, and the studio is equipped with Gratz apparatus.
