IPC specializes in classical Pilates and is Charleston’s only certified Romana’s Pilates teacher-training center. Founder Jamie Trout is a Level 2 Teacher Trainer with Romana’s Pilates International. She trained personally with Romana Kryzanowska, who studied directly with Joseph Pilates. That direct teaching lineage shapes our approach: every IPC instructor has completed Romana’s comprehensive training, and our studio is fully equipped with Gratz apparatus. For you, that means precise, thoughtful instruction grounded in the original method—a practice that helps you understand your body and move with greater strength and freedom.
