International Pilates Center is a certified Romana’s Pilates® Teacher Training Center in Charleston. Its comprehensive 600-hour instructor training program is led by Jamie Trout, the studio’s Master Teacher Trainer.

The Romana’s Pilates International® Instructor Training Program uses a structured, holistic approach. Students must successfully pass performance assessments covering the key pieces of Pilates equipment. The program is supported by an international network of experienced instructor trainers, training manuals and workshops.

Jamie achieved the level of teacher in 1998 under Romana Kryzanowska, who personally administered her test. Romana recognized Jamie as a Teacher Trainer in 2005. In March 2026, Jamie was promoted to Level 2. She continues to train Romana’s Pilates teachers internationally and teaches at IPC in Charleston.
