A career devoted to the original method.
Jamie began teaching in Atlanta in the late 1990s at The Pilates Studio at the Atlanta Ballet and Body Central, before spending six years teaching at the Ritz-Carlton in Key Biscayne.
In 2005, she earned her Teacher Trainer designation from Romana Kryzanowska at Drago’s in New York City. As a Global Teacher Trainer for the Romana’s Pilates International® Training Program, she teaches in Charleston and abroad.
Working with clients of different cultures, body types, and ages to support rehabilitation and improve movement remains the most rewarding part of her career. Come feel the difference.
